At TAAPANO, we carefully curate and inspect every item before it leaves us. We encourage customers to choose thoughtfully, as we do not operate as a “try-before-you-buy” service.

Change of Mind

We offer store credit or exchanges only for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Clearance and promotional items are final sale

Important

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference. Store credit is provided so you can find a better fit or style.


Your Rights

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If an item is faulty, significantly different from description, or unfit for purpose, please contact us — we will meet our obligations 


Exchanges

Same Item (different size):
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Different Item:
Approved returns will receive store credit to place a new order.


Pre-Orders

  • Payment secures your item at checkout
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary
  • Orders may be shipped separately

Pre-orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a refund. After dispatch, standard return terms apply.
